There are a few brands that simply exude luxury and quality, and when two of those brands get together to create a new experience, it’s an experience that cannot be missed. I would encourage everyone in you’re in New York City (or planning to visit) to stop by the new Dior Beauty Boutique at Bergdorf Goodman.
I will tell you that even these photos don’t do the boutique justice when it comes to its full glory. In addition to being elegantly designed to evoke the classic aesthetic of the House of Dior, it literally brings ever aspect of the brand’s legendary sophistication and elegance to life.
You can have a fragrance custom crafted for you while you sit and relax (or shop ’til you drop, in my case,) or you can book a facial in their in-house treatment room, tucked discreetly behind a beautiful door in the boutique. I wish my photos of the treatment room had come out better, so just trust me: you have to book a treatment and see for yourself.
As a fan of Dior Beauty and of Bergdorf Goodman, I’m excited that this partnership exists. In a time where money is precious, spending a hard-earned dollar has become about value for your money. This is where, in my mind, both brands stand apart. I believe you should spend money on the products you use most often, where cost per wear and/or cost per use makes sense. While you can scrimp and save here and there on certain fashion and beauty items, to me you only have one face and one body, so what you put on your skin should be the best you can afford.
From Dior Show mascara to their amazing Five Couleurs eyeshadow palettes and their exquisite fragrances (I wear Miss Dior Cherie to this day,) the formulas are so well-crafted that you can rest assured that you’ll get more than your money’s worth every single wear. Add to that the white glove service for which Dior and Bergdorf Goodman are both known and it’s an experience that is not to be missed.
The boutique is open. It’s calling your name. Invest in yourself. Visit soon.
