I took one look at my hands last week and knew that Saturday would have to be spent at my beloved Haven Spa, my regular go-to for the virtually bulletproof manicure and pedicure. I walk in looking like I’ve been rock climbing through Middle Earth with my bare hands and feet, I walk out looking like the hardest labor my hands have seen is pointing at things in fine boutiques around the world. When in NYC, you must get your nails done there. Period.
I was in the mood for something rather “spring-y” and my eyes fell upon this gorgeous shade from Zoya called Tart. It’s the perfect mixture of Caribbean sea hue for that nod to warm temperatures and it has sort of the appearance of car paint. Both of these things together make it a can’t-miss hue and I, for one, am now obsessed with it.
The other amazing item to note about Zoya Nail Polish (other than their complete dedication to non-toxic ingredients – the polishes are formaldehyde, toluene, DBP and camphor-free and vegan friendly) is the fact that it’s a long-lasting formula. It’s hard to kill.
For those of you not inclined to put such a vivid hue on your fingers, this is a gorgeous toe color and perfect for adding a pop to all the fashions coming for spring. Purchase a bottle and get ready for a little spring magic on your hands and fingers.
