I have a good friend and fellow beauty blogger who lives in Oklahoma, Paula Wade of Older Girl Beauty. When the tornado tore through and left devastation in its wake, my first concern was for the safety of Paula and her family, but it quickly turned to “What can I do to help?” Because the relief efforts, even though the news cameras have disappeared, still continue, and we need to keep a light on this problem until our fellow Americans are back on their feet.
Because that’s what we do here in this country: we do our best to pick each other up. Or it’s what we should be doing, anyway.
The t-shirt I’m wearing in this post is from Just Live, an inspiring line of lifestyle apparel, is super soft, and 100% of the proceeds will go to the Moore and Shawnee Tornado Relief Fund. It comes in both men’s and women’s styles, and it retails for $20. So, if you can, please grab one of these t-shirts or donate money to this awesome, worthy cause.
The rest of the outfit details are below, but I wanted to focus on the logo t-shirt first. Sometimes, a girl just has to get something off (and on) her chest.
What I’m Wearing: T-Shirt – Just Live Oklahoma Tee; Jacket – Helmut Lang; Pants – MNG by Mango for JC Penney; Boots – Vince Camuto; Necklaces – Capwell and Co. Sequin and Stone Bib Necklace and Fabric and Crystal Cluster Pendant Necklace
