Into every life of someone who’s out there every day trying to better their body, a little muscle will surely fall. I literally crawled into a bathtub after instructor Anna Gagie got her hands on me for a double workout on President’s Day (she teaches both Core Fusion AND SoulCycle – kill me now) and poured as many of these items in with me as I could find.
So, as spring approaches and all of us work to show off a little more skin, be sure to take care of those aches and pains with a good soak in the tub now and then, followed by a good muscle rub.
