Ladies and gentlemen, this week begins the gauntlet of pies, cookies, stuffing, turkey, holiday travel, stress eating and baked goods. I’m right there with you, and it’s kind of hilarious that every year I make these grandiose plans of how I’ll eat on the big day. “I’ll just have a bite of this. A little taste of something never hurt anybody.”
That’s so cute. While I don’t plan on slamming my face into a pumpkin pie anytime soon, stuffing happens.
So, I’ve booked a full week of cardio and plan on visiting some of my favorite fitness faces like Bergen Wheeler at exhale. But that also requires me to add a little more exercise in so I can add just a few more steps to my day in hopes of not gaining weight.
Let’s repeat that: the goal this week is just not to gain any weight.
So, I kicked up this cardio list for the week that I hope you enjoy. It starts off with the amazing new song from Mark Ronson with Bruno Mars, includes some Justin Timberlake, Chemical Brothers, and Destiny’s Child, and ends with some Kanye West and Drake. There are a couple of surprises in there. You’ll just have to take it to the gym or for a walk and see for yourself.
