Gals and guys, I admit that this list is late. Wanna know why? Because I was CONFUSED and TIRED and – hey – totally forgot that Fashion’s Night Out is TONIGHT. Yes, TONIGHT. Hey, so, I might be behind but it’s ON now.
Fashion’s Night Out is the night that celebrates commerce and is designed to get the whole city out, shopping and celebrating. If you happen to be in NYC, then I would say that the forecast calls for spending, libations and a whole mess of travel congestion (I would suggest subways today, kids – it took me almost an hour to go 25 blocks last year). Burberry is celebrating The Art of the Trench at all their NYC locations. If you wear your Burberry trench to one of their locations, you might be photographed by a photographer for the global story on this event.

Bottega Veneta is launching a great group of eco-friendly handbags tonight. A total of 100 handbags will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis tonight. In addition to the special pre-launch release of the jersey handbag, they’re unveil a special project at select global flagship locations, photographed by the 2012 New Exposure photography competition winner, An Le. A percentage of sales from tonight’s sales at the the Fifth Avenue store will be donated to the International Center of Photography Programs for Youth. Oh, and champagne will be served. ALSO, Hannah Bronfman will tonight’s in-store at the Fifth Avenue location. I will be stopping by.

Nine West – With the purchase of the Runway Relief merchandise at the Rockefeller location, you can pose with the models and hottie photographer Nigel Barker for a keepsake photo and customize your purchases with DIY blogger Stripes and Sequins. Male models will greet customers arriving at the store with Arizona Ice Teas, the beverage sponsor for the evening, and music, themed sweets, and special offers in store will also be provided.
