One of the things I aspire to do most is to create what I’ve always envisioned as a “fashion library.” Someday, I want a room full of nothing but books that I love and I want one entire wall dedicated to nothing but fashion, beauty and style tomes both current and historic. I’ve already got a great start on the collection and I’ve recently acquired this lovely tome to add to the collection.
This lovely coffee table book was written by Harper’s Bazaar’s EIC Glenda Bailey and is like a trip down Memory Lane for those of us who have been reading the magazine our entire lives, especially for the decade that Bailey has been at the helm. Like a jet set ticket through time, the book is filled with 300 of the striking visual images that have made Bailey a force to reckon with in publishing. If you love fashion photography or are simply looking for inspiration for your wardrobe as well as your walls (the magazine is ripe with design references), this is a book you’ll need to get.
I mean, what coffee table or library could be considered well dressed without it?
