As we all look for amazing bags for spring, I have to tell you about my favorite bags from historical leather goods purveyor, Coach. Please do feast your eyes on the newest hot line from the label for spring, the Coach Kristin Handbag Collection.
(And yes, my name is Kristin. It might be a tad bit vain, but the bags are beyond fabulous, no?)
OK, so let me give you the quick rundown of why these bags are amazing:
- The clasp on all the bags is vintage-inspired. Its inspiration was a 1930s Art Deco clasp sourced from a vintage boutique in Brooklyn, New York.
- The materials used to achieve these gorgeous shapes are impeccable and indicative of Coach’s continuing dedication to craftsmanship. We’re talking gorgeous premium goat leather woven to achieve a tweed-like texture and Reef leather used in the taller styles to give them structure with butter-like softness and the gorgeous waxy sheen of well-loved leather. They’ll look good for seasons and weather beautifully.
- There’s a little something in the collection for everyone. Those looking for a touch of edge might be drawn to the geometric appeal of the hardware on the Kristin Sage and Kristin Flap Satchels, while those looking for more of a chain strap look will love the new Kristin Hobo, Kristin Tote, and Kristin Shoulder bags.
In short, you need to get your hands on these little treasures soon. Spring is springing and there’s a whole new way to freshen that fabulous wardrobe.
They didn’t name them after me, but they might as well have. This is a collection that I’m going to be rocking in the next couple of months.
