Obsession(s) of the Day: House of Harlow 1960 Eyewear Collection

I have to admit to loving pretty much everything Nicole Richie, including her two lines, Winter Kate and House of Harlow 1960. Richie has a rather deft hand when it comes to translating her love of everything 70’s glam and bohemian into wearable, beautiful clothing and accessories.

Which leads me to my set of obsessions, the House of Harlow 1960 Eyewear collection. The trend this season when it comes to sunglasses is a very retro glam feel with cool frames inspired by prized vintage finds. This premiere collection has six lovely models of sunglasses styles in cool finishes and hues with features like cat-eyes, circular frames, thick rims and temple chains.

Feast your eyes on the entire collection in the gallery. They retail from $110-$195 and are the perfect way to start planning your spring wardrobe now. As in, get a couple of pairs, be seen in one pair everywhere now, make everyone insanely jealous, then rotate to another pair from the line in a couple of months and repeat the whole thing all over again.

It might not be spring weather yet, but eye protection is a must all year round. Get a jump on your forthcoming sunny disposition for spring and rock some of this fabulous eyewear…like, now.

My pick: the Cary Ivory. 🙂 NEED these for Fashion Week!
