Sunday Style List: Five Things To Help You Relax And Unwind On A Cozy, Lazy Weekend

Today is Sunday and it’s honestly one of the best days of the week. Even though I am working right now (honestly, when am I NOT working?) I’m still chilling out with my feet up. There are some things when you have a lazy day inside that make chilling out even cooler. Here are five things that I live for when I have some down time.

Forever 21 Ribbed Waist PJ Pant ($9.50) – These are super soft and I personally live in them around the house. They are also cute enough that if you have to be seen (even if it’s by the delivery guy) you still feel stylish. In a pinch, they also double as great yoga pants.

Bliss Softening Socks ($48) – I don’t know about you, but I do a LOT of walking during the week and by Sunday my feet have literally just had it. This is the best way to apologize for the punishment you dole out to your feet every week. These cozy socks contain a gel lining packed with concentrated doses of olive oil, jojoba seed oil, grape seed oil, and vitamin E to soften rough heels and soothe tired feet.

Toasted Head Chardonnay ’08 ($9.49) – Ok, so I’m about to share one of my favorite Sunday snacks with you. This oak-y, full-bodied chardonnay has a luscious, creamy taste that’s perfect with – wait for it – buttered, seasoned popcorn. I’m not even kidding. Air pop a huge bowl of popcorn then cover it with real butter (I mean it – REAL butter) and add a little Mrs. Dash and cracked black pepper for an amazing snack.

Dennis Basso Oversized Faux Fur Throw ($66) – This amazing, HUGE (it’s measures 55″ x 68″) throw is impossibly sexy, feels like real fur (but it’s fake – calm down) and it’s really, really cozy. And sexy. So, you know, if you want to invite someone over for that buttered popcorn/chardonnay situation, be sure to whip this out. Actually, screw it: hang by yourself and use it. That way you can have the whole thing to yourself and hog the remote.

Roku Digital Player (starting at $59.99) – When I get a chance to curl up and just watch a movie, this is the ultimate in home viewing. Take your pick of instant streaming pleasure: Netflix instant queue, Hulu Plus, Pandora Internet Radio, On Demand, Flixster, Flickr,…. It’s the perfect way to unwind and catch up on your movies. It’s genius, really.

Enjoy that lazy Sunday in style, folks. A little downtime with these lovely items is the perfect way to spend a lazy Sunday.
