As I’ve pointed out previously, just because the mercury is about to drop doesn’t mean that you can just let that grooming routine go. Razor stubble won’t exactly feel so sexy under tights and woolens and, you know, if that certain someone decides to come calling, you want to make sure that things are prepared for their arrival. Long story short: shave your legs, ladies.
If you were to take a gander into my shower right now, the number of beauty products might astound you but there are two staples that are always on the window shelf: Schick razors and Skintimate shave gels. This is when shaving becomes an event, because Skintimate Shave Gels are chock full of moisturizers, antioxidants and vitamins to help soften and replenish the moisture that we lose on a regular basis. The gels come in three types: Dry Skin, Baby Soft (my personal favorite) and Sensitive Skin (for those of you who get razor burn or nicks/cuts just looking at a razor.)
Cut to (no pun intended…well, maybe a little) the amazing Schick razors that most beauty editors will hoard (take a lipstick, not a razor from the product closet, ladies.) Depending on what your hair removal needs are, they’ve got a razor for you. For those of you who are short on time and don’t have the luxury of adding the shave gel, the Schick Quattro for Women 4 in Raspberry Rain has four blades of hair removal goodness surrounded by strips of Skintimate shave gel in Raspberry Rain scent.
If you’re looking for a more involved shave, check out the Schick Quattro for Women TrimStyle, which has moisture strips loaded with acai berry and Jojoba extracts around their four blades on one end and a bikini trimmer on the other. Yes, the bikini trimmer works when its wet and no, it won’t shock you. The only thing shocking is how fab your bikini line and legs will feel.
At any rate, you’ll want to make sure that you have gorgeous gams and a maintained bikini line all the time, not just the summer. Think of it as a five minute investment in your confidence that will pay dividends all year.
