Weight Loss Diaries: Join Me On The FSB Fitness Challenge!

Me, 71 lbs lighter in AMAZING workout gear from Gap Fit!

Quite a few of you have followed me on my weight loss journey and I have good news to report: I’ve lost 71 lbs total for a total weight loss percentage of 29.46% I’m really excited and very happy.

I also have 20 lbs to lose to hit my goal weight by June 9th of this year. Because I want to wear a two-piece bathing suit this summer for the first time since 2001. I want those 20 lbs GONE.

I figure I need all the help I can get, so let’s be workout buddies! I’m issuing the first-ever FSB Weight Loss Challenge! Starting today and running until June 9th, I will be posting my workouts, fitness tips from the experts I personally use, advice on classes and food, amazing workout gear and GIVEAWAYS. Just check back and hopefully get inspired.

    Hi Kristin, I just discovered your blog and love it! Your weight loss is such an inspiration, I’m totally with you on this challenge!! My goal is to lose a minimum of 25 pounds by September and a total of 45 pounds by my 31st bday next year. I’ve already lost 8 pounds in the past 3 weeks and am very encouraged and motivated to continue my weight-loss journey.

    My WL plan involves increasing exercice (min. 3x/week), adding more fruits & vegetables to my diet (via green smoothies and sensible eating), drinking only water and tea only, no sugar except the natural sugar from fruits (or a little maple syrup/honey here and there if necessary) and getting better at portion control. Oh, and I’d also like to start meditating and taking up yoga to relieve stress too!
